Down Town

Today me and mom decided to take a walk in the old down town of Jeffersonville, Spring street. We checked out a few new shops, and at one we spent a long time at. It was an antique shop with lots of different figurines, brooches, paintings, and more. I found a beautiful Bamboo and lace fan. It was from France. As we were checking out, we got to talking about how I like foxes. The lady working there said at one time she had a fox painting, but thought she had sold it. So all the way out I watched out of the corner of my eye to see if I could find it. Behind a lamp, there was a hidden fox portrait. We had to buy it, of course. That makes my first fox painting!

Until Later,
Annet

P.S. I will try to post about my pets asap. I've just been too busy today, and now don't have enough time.

Just A Short Post

I ALMOST forgot!

Mom just asked me if I'd blogged today, and I haven't. I was going to talk about some of my pets and put some pictures up, but I'm not going to today. I started sneezing a lot again this afternoon and was feeling bad. I slept for a while this afternoon, and I'm still tired.

So this is all I'm going to post today. I'm going to bed, and I'll try to post earlier tomorrow.

Oops-Under The Wire

I didn't actually mean to post my last entry, Under he Wire, but accidentally hit the down arrow key and it suddenly said "Your post has been successfully published". And I thought I didn't have anything to write about. lol

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I decided to participate in the "NaBloPoMo"at the last minute. Mom talked me into it, so this is a last minute post. I'm also going to go by Annet while doing the NaBloPoMo thing.

Today dad went hunting and came home with two squirrels, a fox squirrel and a gray squirrel. Since he came home at night, I had to hold the light while he skinned them. If you're wondering why I didn't go with him, it was because I was asleep, being sick and all. Otherwise I would have gone, too.

I'll have more to post tomorrow, and more time to post it.

Untill tomorrow,
Annet

Hello

Hi again. It's been a while since I last posted. My mom posted pictures of Copper on her blog. He's been doing great lately. He's much more comfortable with us now.

Yesterday my dad's friend called our house. His dad had been watching and trying to catch this white baby rabbit in his yard for a while, but yesterday his dog caught the rabbit and it got a scrape on its leg. He said it's a rare type of rabbit. It is white with blue eyes but his pupils are red. It's a type of rabbit that is not introduced to domestic rabbits yet. So since it was hurt, we ended up running out to get the rabbit, and now I have a pet rabbit. I haven't had time to get a picture of him yet, but I'll try to get one as soon as possible. We don't even know if it's a boy or girl yet, but I'm pretty sure it's a girl.

I let Clark go a few months ago, and she comes back every night to eat. But last night it rained and she stayed in her hutch all night. Well I had heard that once a possum gets pregnant, they have babies in thirteen days from then. So I wanted to check her pouch. Once I looked in it, I saw at least 1 hairless baby possum!!! So now Clark's a mom!! They should have their fur in a week or two. Once they're big enough to come out of the pouch, I'll get some pictures.

I updated my about me and my playlist.

Well, yesterday we took Copper, the flying squrrel, to the vet. He had been spraying and my dad coulden't handle the smell. So we took hm in at 8:30 AM and had him nutered. Now they were so sure that we had made a mistake and just thought he was a flying squirrel and was a sugerglider, but boy, was she surprised when it happen to acuallly be a flying squirrel. She had done everything from dogs to sugargliders to prairie dogs, but never a flying squirrel. At around 4:00 we picked him up. the surgery had gone very well. Even now, he's still sleepy from the anesthesia and is groggy, but he's doing great. He will let us pet him right now, but hides his head.

I've decided to let clark go. I haven't yet, but when the weather gets nice enough I'm gonn let her go. She always tries to escape and all so I figure she really wants out. We'll take pichures before we let her go.

Something Amazing

Just today andrew showed me a few videos on youtube and they were amazing. They are quite long so you don't have to watch the whole thing. (P.S. you will probably go into Aww while watching Video2)

First he showed me this one. It's someone who took different techno songs from games and anime and linked them together acually sounding good. You only need to watch 3:00 minutes of this one.

Then watch this. It's the same music, but someone made a custom mario stage and put them together. This is called an Automatic mario stage because you dont do anything but start the stage and because in the game some blocks and stuff will atomatticly move you, you don't do anything. Make shur to pay attention to both the music and mario sounds. Stop whenever you want, but I doupt you dare will.

Oh, and on the the description of the second one, it hase the order of the songs.

(P.S. yes I know a few of the songs)

New Pet

Hi, it's me again. It's been a long while since my last post. I've gotten a lot better at the ocarina and can play a majority of songs. I hope to have another video up soon.

About 2-3 weeks ago I got another bird yet again. His name is Zuri. He is a white cockatiel. Our friend who owns a pet shop is going to only be selling pet medicine and was selling all her birds including her breeders, and this was a breeder I would visit and talk to every time I came in. So I ended up buying him that day. He had never been handled but about 3 days after we got him, he can now step onto my finger without biting. He is a very sweet bird and I'll have pictures up of him as soon as I can.

Today my mom and dad had a surprise for me. So they blindfolded me and took me for a drive. Now it's not easy to surprise me so they had been misleading me since the night before. I thought we had crossed into Louisville, but they were just driving in circles around blocks to make me think we kept going under over passes in Louisville. Turns out we were still in Indiana.

Finally they stop the car, take me out with the blindfold still on, and take me into Pet Paradise. I finally take off the blindfold and find out where I am. Then our friend goes to the back, gets a cage with a small hamster-like thing in it. Turns out it wasn't a hamster of any sort. It was a flying squirrel. Someone had brought him in thinking he was a sugar glider, and gave him to her for free. So she needed a home for him, so I now have a pet flying squirrel. He's the cutest little thing too.

I guess I better go. I don't have much more to write about right now. Bye.
