About Me

Hi. I'm Eler Beth, but you can call me Annet if you'd like. I'm 12 years old. My mom's name is Lori. She is also the editer of dusty pages. I have a brother whose name is Andew, and a dad named Thomas. I love to ride my bike, play soccer, fish, hunt, play with my pets, play with my friends (most of them animals around the neighborhood), and occasionally play video games. (Okay, here comes a long list) I have 3 cockatiels, 2 parakeets, 6 dogs, 3 cats, 2 fish, 1 possum, oh yeah and one cockatiel egg. Last year, 2007, I shot 2 does and one 8-point buck. On October 17th, 2001, when I was 5 years old, I caught an 18-inch bass by myself. Last year I also caught a 25 1/2-inch catfish. Fox is my favorite animal, and red pandas are my second favorite animal. My favorite band is  asian kung fu generation. My favorite color is purple.  If I were an animal, this would be me.

I thought I'd post some pics of my pets on here. Sorry. I don't have any pics of my birds or dogs.

This is my possum. "Her" name is Clark. I had two so I named them Louis and Clark, but Louis escaped and Clark turned out to be a girl. But her name is still Clark.

These are my three cats, Samuel, Kana, And Ranulf.

This is Samuel, The show off. He is my cat.

This is Kana, the Shy one. She is my bro's cat.

This is Ranulf, The Mild One. He's my mom's cat.

These are my first deer.

  1. I really like the color scheme you chose for your new journal.  It looks really good!  And I love the fox pictures!  Don't you think you'd better go to bed now?  Don't you have some school lessons tomorrow? :)

  3. Cute Pictures of the animals, not so sure about the hunting outfit though, we are not big hunters here at our little spread.

  4. I love your kittens, the deer, I'll admit I like to watch them frolic in a protected environment, but my Dad did hunt deer many years ago. Til I cried like a baby to make him stop ;0.

You are a very pretty girl & I am glad to have been introduced to your journal. ~Mary

  6. Eler Beth,   Welcome to J-Land.  I visit your Mom's journal, I'm Leigh.  You did a great job on your introductory entry!
There's a red fox that lives in our neighborhood(we have woods right across the street) and I see him/her quite frequently.  I think they're beautiful animals.
Congratulations on your deer hunting.  The males in my family bow-hunt, and I'm tempted to show them your photos, just to make them jealous!  I don't hunt.
Oh, and I love all the pics of your pets!

  9. I have never been hunting but I've been fishing so many times.  I never ever caught a cat fish that big!  I would have been so excited as that's what me and my Dad fished for.  Your kittens are so sweet and I like the name you chose for the shy one, Ranulf.  Ingenious.

I'm glad you're here and I hope this is a fun, safe experience for you.

  11. Very smart girl to just play video games occasionally. lol Some kids just sit in the house and play videos all day. lol Wow! I thought I had a lot of pets: 2 miniature horses, 1 spoiled rotten filly, 2 dogs that think they are human, and 5 cats that think they own everything around here.... just ask the cats if you don't believe me!! lol That possum is the funniest thing. Your mom wrote about it. lol My favorite animal is the wolf... fox would be next. lol They are so cute! Are you smart as a fox? lol Love the fox picture! Good thing the possum can't read and write or she might change her name. lol Now those are handsome cats!! Wow! You are a hunter too! I think deer are so pretty. Did you keep the antlers? You are a pretty girl.  My Granny use to tell me that "Pretty is as pretty does."  Have you ever heard that old saying?  It is pretty much true because have you ever met someone that was just beautiful and then they didn't look so beautiful because of the way they acted?  Hope you have a blessed week. Hugs, Janie
